Dr. Emmanuel H. Matechi is a public health expert, leadership strategist, and author with over 15 years of experience advancing national and regional health programs across Sub-Saharan Africa. A graduate of the Harvard School of Public Health and Muhimbili University, he has advised governments and international agencies, including the Global Fund, WHO, UNAIDS, and UNICEF. His expertise spans HIV, TB, malaria, RMNCAH, health system strengthening, and community engagement.

Dr. Matechi has led the development of national HIV strategies, guidelines, and operational procedures in Tanzania, Ethiopia, and Zanzibar, and served as a lead consultant for Global Fund country applications and grant-making in Tanzania, Sierra Leone, Angola, and Eswatini.
