

Dr. Gabriel Bukasa is a Pharmacist with a Masters in Public Health (MPH). He has over 25 years of experience working as a supply chain specialist and program coordinator with international NGOs and the World Bank. He has extensive experience with the Global Fund, including implementing projects, supporting the development of funding requests, and grant-making; and in the international procurement of health products.
Gabriel has worked on USAID, World Bank, and Global Fund projects as a supply chain specialist, technical assistant, and project manager. At Devpart, he conducted data collection related to the rapid capacity assessment of the DRC’s National Public Health Institution (NPHI). He also conducted a rapid assessment of Global Health Initiative (GHI) investments in health systems strengthening (HSS) in the DRC where he served as country lead and PSM specialist.
His brings extensive regional experience in DRC, Burundi, Cameroon, Central African Republic, Chad, Gabon, and Angola.
