Ms Salome Omolo holds a Master’s degree in Economics from the University of Nairobi. She is a Monitoring and (M&E) expert with 25 years experience in programmatic performance assessments, data quality audits, research, evaluations and quality assurance. Her skills have led her to coordinate and conduct project assignments in Eastern Africa (Somalia, Kenya, Ethiopia, Uganda, Tanzania, Rwanda); Southern Africa (South Africa, Lesotho, Malawi, Mozambique); West Africa (Ghana, Ivory Coast, Nigeria, Senegal); Central Africa (Cameroon); Asia (Indonesia); Europe (Spain, UK) and USA.

Under DevPart, Salome has served as a Local Fund Agent (LFA) in Uganda and Rwanda, undertaking routine and ad-hoc procedures for the Global Fund. Salome was a member to the DevPart Gavi Monitoring Agent team in Kenya responsible for providing oversight for COVID-19 vaccines provided through the COVAX facility.
