

Wanzira Humphrey (Phd), is an epidemologist with over 20 years of public health, research, monitoring and evaluation experience. He has provided technical support in diverse areas of health service delivery including development of strategic plans, guidelines, program design and implementation, monitoring and evaluation, data management, quality assurance procedures, program reviews & assessments, epidemiological and impact analysis – among others. He has experience dealing with different health sector partners, at local and international levels covering both management and technical areas. Example stakeholders he has worked with include Ministries of Health, the WHO, the Global Fund, GIZ Uganda, the Gates Foundation, CUAMM-Doctors with Africa, African Constituency Bureau, civil society organizations and private sector, among others. Countries he has provided services to include: Angola, Djibouti, DR Congo, Eswatini, Ethiopia, Italy, Kenya, Malawi, Nepal, Nigeria, Rwanda, Sierra Leone, Tanzania, The Gambia, Uganda and Papua New Guinea.
