Antony is a Pharmacist and a Procurement and Supply Chain Management Specialist with 23 years’ experience in public, private and international non-governmental organization sectors. He has five years’ experience in Global Fund LFA work under DEVPART Consult, including grant making, review and reprogramming, Progress Updates and Disbursement Requests, Supply Chain Management Spot Checks, Integrated Data Quality Audits and Data Quality Reviews, Global Fund Grants Absorption Deep Dive and COVID-19 Health Services Disruption Surveys in Kenya, Rwanda, Ethiopia, Somalia and Eritrea.

He did COVID-19 Vaccines Monitoring Agent work for GAVI in Kenya and participated in a survey on Comprehensive Maternal and Neonatal services in Kenya under the Boston Consultancy Group and Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation. Previously, Antony worked in three USAID funded projects as Commodity Management Specialist providing Technical Assistance on health commodities supply chain management to Provincial and County Health Management Teams in the Coast Region of Kenya.
