Konni is multi-lingual and has over 25 years of varied and international work experience including teaching and training, market research, business analysis and, since 2006, Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning (MEL), with an emphasis on the health sector. She works with and leads multi-disciplinary teams to conduct assurance and advisory assignments throughout the grant or project cycle, providing holistic advice tailored to clients’ needs. Applying a risk-based approach, she assesses systems, processes, bottlenecks, strengths and weaknesses and root causes, to provide valuable insights and actionable recommendations to mitigate risks and improve performance. Konni has experience across multiple African countries as well as the UK and Spain. She has an MA in development administration and management, and BA French and Spanish.
