Our goal is to provide exceptional professional consulting services to enable our clients to successfully implement impactful development programs. We aim to use our combined skills, experience and networks in the sector to provide our clients with expert knowledge in a diverse range of public health competencies, offering holistic high-quality advisory services throughout the project cycle. We apply our strong technical and analytical capacities and utilise our contextual understanding to deliver evidence-based analyses and insights for our clients. We support clients identify solutions that enable them to act to improve their approaches and operations and to drive impact. We also offer follow-up services as needed. Providing routine monitoring of project / grant operations as well as service delivery, to ensure cost-effectiveness, operational efficiency, and ultimately impact on people.
Providing technical support to implementers on a short- to medium-term basis while building capacities to ensure effective program delivery.
Adopting risk-based approaches that enable proactive management of implementation challenges.
Enhancing oversight in the aforementioned technical areas, aligning with internationally recognised standards and best practices.
Advising organisations on best practices to ensure sustainable business operations.
Implementing program evaluations to assess effectiveness, efficiency, relevance and sustainability of programs.
